I am delighted with the outcome and very grateful for all the kind efforts of the Jewel team and for your tireless help in organising all the different workstreams, it is very much appreciated. Zack and Dan were a pleasure to deal with, and I really appreciated their attention to detail, the house looks great, and also their kind help and patience when moving items and then taking the trouble to replace them in their original positions. Particular thanks also for all the trouble taken to arrange the final roof repairs over the leak into my bathroom, as resolving that has made a huge difference to me with all the ongoing rain. It is a big relief that it has been sorted!

I contracted with Jewel to undertake some domestic building works and decorating in my Kensington home while I remained in residence. The work was carried out to the timetable agreed while accommodating necessary additions to the original brief when unforeseen problems presented during the course of the work. The appropriate technicians were always available to deal with these issues and all work was executed to a very high standard. I was most impressed by the speed with which any queries were answered and a solution proposed and also by the politeness and cleanliness of the workers who were doing difficult and dirty work in a working home I was very happy with the results and have commissioned them to do further work.
